Enter the Chipotle Crema, which adds a zesty kick (don’t worry—it's not too spicy!) and the Green Goddess Dip, offering a bright, herbal flair. Oven-baked sweet potato fries
Serves: 2-4 | Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 30-30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 medium - large sweet potatoes (about 2 lbs), cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes into fries and place in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes.
Drain the fries and pat dry thoroughly.
Place the sweet potatoes on two lined baking sheets. Toss with olive oil, then sprinkle over the cornstarch, garlic power, onion powder, and salt. Toss until well coated. Space the fries out evenly across the baking sheets, ensuring enough space between all the fries.
Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the fries over and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 chipotles in adobo

1 lime, zested and juiced
1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste

1. Add ingredients into a blender, food processor, or using an immersion blender, blend thoroughly. Taste and adjust for seasonings.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1/4 mayo
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together and whisk thoroughly. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients:
1/2 cup packed fresh parsley
1 cup packed fresh cilantro
¼ cup fresh dill
2 green onions, roughly chopped
½ cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
1/2 ripe avocado
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to your spice preference)
2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Instructions:
1. Add ingredients into a blender, food processor, or use an immersion blender, blend thoroughly. Taste and adjust for seasonings.
